Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges on abayas unless the item is damaged or defective upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged or defective abaya, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We may request photographic evidence to support your claim.
In the case of a damaged or defective abaya, we will provide a replacement or refund, depending on product availability and customer preference.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges for any reason at our discretion, including but not limited to misuse, improper care, or wear and tear.
